Digital Event Access

At ANTAD we have decided to carry out our ANTAD EXPO 2020 in its digital version because we are convinced that today more than ever, our business meetings, exchange of ideas, solutions and best practices will allow us to connect and strengthen links to continue growing up together.


We are investing in technology to offer a permanent platform for business meetings and conferences. This represents a simple way in which you will be able to approach your buyers and potential partners.

In the Business Meetings, the cost to participate will depend on the figure under which you are registered. 


By registering to the Expo ANTAD MEXICO & ALIMENTARIA 2020 digital version, you will be able to participate in our B-TALKS, which consists of more than 40 conferences of national and international experts, divided into seven categories according to the topic to be discussed. Likewise, you will have access to the plenary session and the Store Tour Innovation, where you can live the experience of making tours inside stores in other countries of the world, learning about new trends, technologies and processes that can contribute to the growth of your own company.


If you also want to participate as a buyer in the Business Meetings, you must carry out an additional registration at

  • On this platform you must complete your profile and activate your account, as well as fill out a registration form by category
  • Subsequently, you must validate your information on the platform, in the menu >> Participant Management and register a cell number where you can be contacted during the event for matters related only to managing your agenda and making appointments for online business.

You can enter all the occasions that you consider necessary, there is no restriction. In addition, the conferences will be recorded, and you will be able to see them as many times as you want on our platform.

Business Meetings

At ANTAD, we are investing in technology to offer a permanent Business Meeting platform. This represents a simple way in which you will be able to get closer to your buyers and potential partners, both national and international.


Also, these meetings are an opportunity to be on the minds of top-tier buyers and meet exclusively with decision makers focused on doing business with you. It is important to note that, although appointments will be held for two weeks, ANTAD will put into use the digital platform, through which, for ten months, companies may be registered and continue to publicize their products to all buyers.


For exhibitors, the cost is $ 15,000 MXN + VAT for three appointments in which exhibitors will present products and services live and directly, all through a videoconference with top-level national and international buyers.


For non-exhibitors or visitors $ 30,000 MXN + VAT for three appointments with top-level buyers, national and international, interested in doing business

Your participation in the business meetings includes scheduled appointments of 25 minutes each, through our platform, with buyers of the categories you are interested in, focused on doing business with you. Also, you will be able to create your own site on the platform to be permanently present before the next edition 2021.

The appointment lasts 25 minutes. Participants can enter 5 minutes before their appointment and upload their product’s presentation. The 25-minute timer will start from the time indicated in the agenda, not from the anticipated entry.

Appointments are already scheduled so that time would run without replacement.

You can register as a Buyer from the official page and be a candidate to participate in the Business Meetings under this modality. It is important that you try to comply with all the indicated requirements. If your profile does not contain all the requirements to participate as a Buyer, you can purchase a package of 3 business meetings for $ 30,000 plus VAT MXN

On September 17 and 18, online training sessions will be held on the use of the platform, with a duration of one hour, the schedule details will be received through your registered email.


The participant will have a link to make a verification test on his / her equipment for the access and use of tools in the video conference rooms, said link will be sent one week before the appointments to the email registered on the platform.


The Business Meetings team will join you to facilitate your experience during the event.
