He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuary and is a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

He began his career in market research in Chile, in LatinPanel (today Kantar Worldpanel) in 2001. He served the main accounts of the company, his performance, as well as his focus on customer service made him stand out, reaching the position of Director of Customer Service in Chile in a few years. Then he was transferred by the company to Mexico to support this new operation in Latam in 2006. He is currently Country Manager of Kantar Worldpanel Mexico, columnist in various media and recurring speaker in different forums.
